Menopause, the secret symptoms

This learning room targets understanding, appreciation, key skills and tools to remove any embarrassment or fear when talking about the menopause in a workplace environment. Attendees will work through scenarios to grow interpersonal skills that enable a culture where effective, empathetic and balanced conversations can be had about the menopause and the affect it has on individuals.
