Coaching & Learning

Leadership Coaching

Everybody needs a coach. Elite sports people and performers understand that. It would be unthinkable to try and be successful in those worlds without a coach by your side. But the truth is, there has often been a misplaced reluctance amongst business leaders to be open to Coaching. They have been successful after all, so why do they need to change? Why would they need senior leadership training? The good news is, that is changing.
The world’s highest performing organisations now see Leadership Coaching, and the culture of personal development that it helps create, as an essential tool for their continued success. Not just in elevating the performance of the Leadership, but also in attracting, engaging and retaining the talent that is critical to their success. They understand that in a world in a continuous state of change, leadership is always a work in progress. To transform and grow their organisations, they first need to transform and grow their leaders.

Our Executive Coaches ask the questions that provide the fresh perspectives that unlock positive change and open up opportunities for personal development and growth. They help leaders see themselves as others see them and develop the self-awareness and empathy that are a critical requirement and expectation of today’s leaders.

With our diverse pool of coaches we can provide tailored expertise to best fit your organisation and by offering flexibility of content, timing, location and outcomes, we can meet all the individual requirements of your Leaders. We will help them develop the skills to have better conversations with peers and team members and improve their personal and collective decision-making capability. Through Leadership Development training courses, they will develop their abilities to resolve conflict, steer through adversity and set direction and, importantly, they will learn how to Coach their teams to further amplify their impact.

Should I train my managers to have 'Coaching Conversations'?

A

We are strong advocates of embedding a coaching culture across an organisation. Managers who are confident and capable of having regular coaching conversations with their teams drive progress, encourage internal mobility and promote an open and positive environment for the entire workforce.  Although it can take time to invest in, build and embed leadership coaching capability, the increase in trust and commercial benefits to the organisation can be dramatic and long-lasting.
