As an organisation we are proud to extend our support to the wider community through the following organisations:


Every year we take part in the Breast Cancer Campaign, Wear It Pink, to raise money for the charity.

We encourage all our staff to take the time to get involved with the UK' leading breast cancer research charity Breast Cancer Now.


The videos used across our website have been created in conjunction with Screen Northants a social enterprise which uses professional film production to help young people, focusing on those considered disadvantaged, to build transferable life and work skills, as well as showcase Northamptonshire and its talent. Through their Community and Academy strands they work with children as young as 8 years old, with educational institutions, Councils and community organisations to tackle feelings of disenfranchisement, poor social mobility and disengagement, and break down barriers to working in the Creative Industries locally.


Inspiring the Future is a successful programme that sees tens of thousands of people from all sectors and professions going into state schools and colleges to talk about their jobs, careers, and routes to their education.

As part of our CSR, we encourage all our staff to register on the programme in order to share our knowledge and experience with school children.
