This week marks the 17th Mental Health Awareness week – an annual event designed to educate and increase awareness about mental health.  The supporting report, conducted by the Mental Health Foundation, makes for stark reading.  Current levels of good mental health in the UK are disturbingly low with nearly two-thirds of people reporting that they have experienced a mental health problem.
